tumbleweed
the wanderer | Tue Nov 12 15:50:01 the bulk of his voters have no idea what he's about... bad inflation so vote out the person in office (despite it being global & mostly covid related) anyway, Ken Paxton (criminal & traitor) is on the potential list for AG... (w/ Trump also demanding R's in the Senate let him ignore their confirmation on any choices) so that'll be great if he gets in... also wherever Kash Patel lands |

Member | Tue Nov 12 15:51:24 Yeah tw, keep up with the cope, the bulk of people who consciously decided to vote for trump over kamala did it because they have no idea where he stands on issues. Because he is notorious for never telling people where he stands on issues. |
murder
Member | Tue Nov 12 16:21:34 "I love how murder is in denial and thinks trump is nominating people his voters don't want." Paramount is not one of his voters ... I think. And I'm talking about qualifications, not whether retarded MAGAts approve. |
tumbleweed
the wanderer | Tue Nov 12 17:43:10 "because they have no idea where he stands on issues" is he going to keep supporting Ukraine against Russia? (some R's claim so... that's his own 'party' & they don't know) are the tariffs real? R's go on CNN & claim just a bargaining chip & won't do them, yet he's relying on them to pay for everything (& believes they don't affect prices)... is he going to mass deport all undocumented immigrants? (as he promised the first time too) all his sycophants including Vance just say he'll 'start w/ the criminals'... yeah real controversial... is it going beyond that or not? if so, how is it going to work? we're already 'energy independent' (meaningless term) & that sums up the issues he discussed (not counting Palmer's dick size, electrocution vs sharks, whether hollywood actors are buff enough, what windmills kill, etc)... also, plenty of people don't watch the news at all & yes voted entirely on inflation=bad |

The Ukraine offers almost no benefits, and is a parasite. Israel is overly parasitic as well. They do offer a bit more, but god damn, let them BUY the weapons. Help the EU? Sure, but while Seb will claim its transactional to not let someone mooch off you for decades. Europe is wealthy, they can pay, and contribute. As for Tarriffs, Trump loves them as a got threat to get nations to act appropriately. The US has given and given, unbalanced for decades. It's left us in a weaker position. |

Member | Wed Nov 13 15:23:39 Ugh. Can't believe that Tulsi "Coneheads Teeth" Gabbard is getting an appointment as director of national intelligence. She is so Astro-Turfed and fake that it's painful. Even her Army Reserve status is fake as fuck, like she was looking at "becoming a career bureaucrat by numbers" and saw that military service helps, so she picked the most faggoty job she could find. It's just like how Biden's John Kirby was technically in the Navy but served as a glorified podium talker. I don't even trust Gabbard's turn away from the left, and it did not happen far back enough that she could have even learned her lesson — she'll just bring us back to the "glory days" of 2012 Bolshevism. |

the wanderer | Wed Nov 13 15:26:38 "No way Gaetz makes it through confirmation" hence why dictator Trump brought up his demand for recess appointments already he wants his shitbags in & will threaten & intimidate or more to get it (plus he's already declared he can decide which situation "allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution"... yeah, i'm gonna keep reminding of that statement...) |

Cherub Cow
Member | Wed Nov 13 16:53:40 [murder (left-wing dogma bot)]: • "A sex trafficker to be Attorney General." • "A full blown Russian asset" Your faggoty hoaxes have no power here. The charges against Gaetz were falsified, just like the charges against Trump. The Regime was trying to score a propaganda victory against Gaetz because he was coming up for midterms at the time. They failed, but useful idiots such as yourself keep repeating the propaganda. The "Russian asset" lie is also a pathetic smokescreen. They literally call Jill Stein a "Russian asset" just for existing as a Green Party candidate. The thought-terminating clichés only work on retards. |

" Like I said, these clichés only work on retards. Gaetz is "under investigation" by Regime liars. If you think that the Regime has credibility and that charges themselves are guilt, then you are simply another liar and/or the low-IQ demo that liars love to manipulate. These immoral destroyers love to poison the well with procedural lies because they can count on retards like yourself believing that the allegation is itself a cause for distance. And the "[ermagerdz, this person took a picture with this other person!]" propaganda is pathetically weak and an old Soviet trick. Any asshole can take a picture with any other asshole; it's meaningless in itself. And I've posted the video in the past where Erin Burnett tried to use that obvious propaganda tactic against Stein, and Stein had to explain to the Regime propagandist that that dinner was not some kind of endorsement — endorsement being the Regime propagandist's liarly innuendo (CNN, 2019; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQKzkMkc1xI ). These things only work on retards. This is how a retard like tumblefag can have 51+ threads entirely built on innuendo and doublethink. When dealing with liars like yourselves, the rest of us simply realize that you are not even sentient. |

Member | Wed Nov 13 19:17:14 [obaminated]: "Cc, murder wouldn't be at any table because he like tw and like cuckhat don't run in circles" That makes sense. Anyone who has ever been to a state or formal dinner knows how random the seating can be (or how the person who sets the plate assignments may overrule any guest's decisions), but murder has never been invited. It's just a world that has no meaning to him, so the Regime can just lie to him with impunity. It's the same as tumblefag having no idea how documents handling works but being confident in Regime lies despite the warnings of those of us who have actually handled documents and know that they're lying. It's incredibly easy for the Regime to deceive these abysmal idiots. |

Member | Wed Nov 13 22:23:55 [CC]: "Anyone who has ever been to a state or formal dinner knows how random the seating can be ..." [murder (left-wing dogma bot)]: "Yeah, world leaders and security all that take a back seat to random seating ... Do you even listen to yourself?" What was the rest of my sentence, you disingenuous liar and piece of shit retard? Let's see: [CC]: "Anyone who has ever been to a state or formal dinner knows how random the seating can be (or how the person who sets the plate assignments may overrule any guest's decisions)" Yup. murder, being a disingenuous liar and piece of shit retard, omitted the rest of my sentence because it explains what happened there. I.e., even at state dinners, the plate assignments can be controlled by the the person who sets the plate assignments without the direct discretion of the guests — even high profile guests. Would this not include murder's faggoty use of "security"? Yes, yes it would. That's why he omitted it. Because he is a liar and piece of shit retard. And just for your knowledge, murder, you disingenuous liar and piece of shit retard, one fun thing about state dinners is that plate assignments will often put regular people next to high profile people. It's kind of a neat feature of attending these things. You might get to sit next to an ambassador, or a senator, or a president — even if you yourself do not work in their office. You do not even have to speculate about this or take my word for it. Just look at something like the White House Correspondents Association Dinners and actually try to see who is sitting at which tables with whom. Retards such as yourself probably just see one face at a table and think no more of it, but if you actually look at who is sitting next to 'this' famous person or 'that' famous person then you'll realize that a lot of the faces really are just random people, whether that be their direct staffers or staffers from other offices. This is done often intentionally by the plate assignments so that different offices can interact instead of just remaining in cliques. Offices typically have to make special requests to *deny* this if they do not want outsiders. I would bet in the case of Stein's appearance with Putin that she was simply placed at that table and didn't find out until she received the seating chart. They may have simply had a table with the highest profile guests. It's pretty common, but because you are ignorant CNN was able to deceive you. (You are retarded.) |

Member | Wed Nov 13 23:22:40 We can see in murder the kind of circular cult illogic that ensnares a tumblefag type. After all the practical reasoning which shows that Stein is not a "Russian asset" and all of the exercises that show that the "Russian asset" talking point is just some DNC/Clinton nonsense designed to ensnare low-IQ useful idiots, murder goes right back to obediently following these same Regime scripts. This is why these useful idiots are always afterwards discarded by the slave revolt. Does anyone truly think that a tumblefag or murder-tard will live a normal life at any point in the future? Of course not. They are a doomed species. |

Member | Thu Nov 14 16:09:19 Obaminated: "We are still an economic powerhouse compared to any other country..." Because you sit atop a global system that's designed to privilege your currency and capital markets which the rest of the free world accepts as part of the post war settlement. You are about to pull the rug from under it. You are like the Brits in the 1950 that thought the UK economy was what allowed empire and so could persist without it, rather than a consequence of Empire AV would substantially dissipate. You can prop up Ukraine with your surplus weapons indefinitely at no real cost. The choice not to is insane because the result is nobody trusts US security guarantees, which means there's no real consequences for ignoring US foreign policy and pursuing national interest first and foremost. Which means a lot of the power of e.g. sanctions are gone. You'll have to rely a lot more on hard power, but the whole motivation for this disengagement is a lack of appetite to use hard power. Meanwhile, you've effectively created your first oligarch. US trajectory seems similar to post communist Russia at this point. You've let the rent seekers take over the executive, and the legislature and justiciary are in personal hock to the current office holder. They are going to pillage the US economy. They might be a bit smarter about it than the Russian siloviki. Anyway, it doesn't really matter at this point. You'll start to see the rest of the world just writing the US off and moving on. |

iChihuaha | Thu Nov 14 16:32:34 Seb is correct and it is absolutely crazy that so many of you Americans do not understand the foundation of your prosperity is intrinsically tied to telling Russia, China and everyone else to behave. |
Sam Adams
Member | Thu Nov 14 16:47:19 That and all the tech companies. Of the worlds top 10 most valuable companies 8 are American and of those 7 are tech and just 1 is an investment firm. Dont get me wrong our finance sector is powerful but its the Microsofts and googles that drive us over the edge. Especially when europe has so much red tape its nearly impossible to start anything. Makes it really easy for us. |
Seb
Member | Thu Nov 14 17:05:44 Sam: Indeed. All the tech companies that are allowed to extract a huge stream of wealth through trade and IP laws. There's nothing at all difficult in what Amazon and Google do, just huge network benefits from scale and the ability to buy out competitors and your govt is about to start a trade war with Europe that has long had an eye on measures to create space for domestic competitors, prevent foreign buyouts and acquisition and bring that activity in shore. |
Seb
Member | Thu Nov 14 17:13:34 This is what I mean - having substantially dismantled your industrial base, a huge chunk of your prosperity is based on platform business models (finance and tech) that work primarily due to being first to scale, lax anti-competition rules, and are protected by international trade deals provide highly favourable access and taxation regimes. Dismantle the latter, they get cut out of overseas markets and replaced. Cf. how quickly China displaced US tech firms domestically and then went on to compete so successfully you needed to pressure allies to cut them out of global markets under security concerns. How's that going to work next time in a world where the US isn't in NATO? The saddest thing is it's now pretty much irreversible. It's not "oh no, it's not a democrat", the issue is reelecting Trump confirmed the US no longer had the ability to form an enduring political consensus. Nothing any individual administration matters that much any more, the next one will change it. |
Seb
Member | Thu Nov 14 17:20:07 Trump is going to whack import taxes on Europe expecting the EU to offer up concessions. Instead what he will find is that actually, the EU will see that as the opportunity to go after the US tech industry as part of the strategic autonomy strategy France is pushing. If the costs are sunk anyway. Ditto for NATO, we've already seen the headlines "if you regulate twitter, we will pull out of NATO". I suspect the commission will shrug: "peut-être, mais vous ne vous battrez pas de toute façon, alors peu importe?" |

Member | Thu Nov 14 17:21:45 That's the real tragedy: it's not Trump that's seen as the problem. It's really all about the Habebes and Rugians and Sams. |

And do you think your young men would do your fighting instead? After calling them racist, evil, and trying to destroy their lives and nations for the last 20 years? Maybe you can get some somali imports to fill your ranks. |

the wanderer | Thu Nov 14 21:14:12 “what qualifications does our current HHS have for the job?” working in gov’t and with Congress, plus lack of healthcare experience was a complaint against him... now Trump doing ‘hold my beer’... head of departments isn’t an entry level job though I’m not that concerned about RJK... Gaetz, Gabbard and Hegseth far worse Trump has also named his personal lawyer as deputy AG (the scowling guy in the background when Trump was lying to the press after trial days)... poor Rudy couldn’t get a job or even paid |

the wanderer | Fri Nov 15 01:49:03 actually, Trump has appointed -three- of his lawyers to positions... I wonder if doing that in lieu of paying them (certainly he’s never paid them his own money... if any paid, would’ve been campaign or RNC money) |

Member | Fri Nov 15 04:27:09 Sam: "Then why have you been unable to do it? At all. With any company in tech" Because every time a European company finds a market fit that could scale, they get acquired by an existing US firm. Cf. Deep Mind I literally just explained that to you. There's a number of ways to address that, making it harder for us firms to make sales (e.g. adverts often) in the EU, making it harder for us firms to make acquisition in the EU. BTW, you might want to check out the provisions in the EU anti-coercion instrument. One of the retaliatory provisions is the suspension of IP rights. "What are you going to do instead? Defend yourself?" You've already said you aren't going to do that, or at least enough to know that the likelihood is low. So it's not really an "or". We are going to need to defend ourselves, and since we know you aren't, and since you are starting a trade war, we might as well act in our best interests. |

Member | Fri Nov 15 04:28:33 Basically, whether we can defend ourselves or not is no longer a factor in transatlantic trade. Nor is a fear of retaliation given you'll be starting the trade war. |
